Cindy Donald – Neuroptimal Trainer
Tildon Training was born out of the passion of our director, Cindy Donald, to help people develop capability both personally and professionally.
Tildon Training is focused on the outcomes of our programs and as such we develop bespoke programs that meet your personal and professional needs. We can proudly say that we’ve never delivered the same training twice, every session is unique. We want to build a relationship with you that is an extension of your organisation and ensure an understanding of the nuances of each organisation so we can offer long term support. Let Tildon Training help you by providing personal and professional development training opportunities to you and your team members to build confidence in their work roles, team roles and personal roles.
We also offer NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback training sessions. Neurofeedback training is used to optimise your brain’s potential – a bit like cardio for your brain! People using neurofeedback have experienced assistance with a vast array of psychological, emotional and medical conditions along with considerable personal and spiritual growth. It is especially effective for those people who have ADHD, anxiety or those concerned with age related memory issues.
As a training and development specialist, facilitator and business coach, Cindy has been successfully inspiring and bringing out the best in people for over 20 years. She is passionate about developing leaders, right from the emerging level through to established leaders, and has the skills and experience to make a true impact through her facilitation and coaching.
Cindy’s background in adult education and experience in business development, both in Australia and abroad, inform her ability to design and deliver innovative and practical learning experiences to a diverse audience. Cindy delivers training with creative energy and a genuine passion for helping leaders, teams and organisations succeed. Cindy has worked within the hospitality sector, both in Australia and abroad, within local Queensland councils delivering leadership training and she has also owned an RTO specialising in early childhood education, with a focus on uplifting the leadership skills of centre directors.
Cindy learned about neurofeedback training using Neuroptimal, after her daughter was diagnosed with ADHD in 2007 and struggled with the medication and its side-effects. She searched for a non-invasive alternative method of helping her and through lots of reading discovered Neuroptimal. Cindy believes we don’t give our brain as much love as we should and considering it is our body’s driver we really should prioritise it! Knowing how it helped Kate and knowing she could help others prompted her to become a Neuroptimal trainer. She finds neuroscience fascinating and through her leadership training over the years has seen the neuroscience of leadership coming to the forefront.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Training and Development, a Diploma of Management and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. She is a Belbin’s Team Roles Accredited Facilitator and a Neuroptimal Certified Basic Trainer. She is also an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Cindy is currently studying towards a Graduate Certificate in Counselling.
