Hannah is a registered Health Psychologist. She has worked in a variety of public sector, community and private practice settings and works predominantly with adults. She is passionate about helping people take charge of their health for themselves and improve their well being through making healthy lifestyle choices. Hannah utilises a holistic and strengths-based approach and is experienced in working with a variety of common psychological issues. She has particular interests in working with grief and loss, health and social anxiety, carer stress, chronic disease management, stress management as well as coping with life transitions.
